1. Welcome

Meeting called to order at 6:45 PM.

Courtney, the new Technical Director, was welcomed to the team.

2. Production Updates

Matilda the Musical (One Act):

Discussed set cost and custom design.

Uniforms:

Designed by Triple 7; students will rent costumes through the school.

Junie B. Jones:
Potential book drive and & quote; Storybook Marketplace & quote; discussed as companion events.

Heard of Stars:
Performance scheduled for December 13th.

Cabaret:
Discussed, with more conversations to follow.

Hadestown Home Performance:
Scheduled at the Botanical Gardens on Saturday.
3. Collaborations & Promotions

Plan to promote theatre productions across elementary, middle, and high school
campuses.
4. Calendar & Scheduling

Season calendar has been distributed.

Fall show dates (September 29–30) will remain unchanged, despite a conflict with a
chorus concert.
5. Logistics & Supplies
-
T-shirts: Have arrived; officers will receive them by June 27.

Videography: AB Films selected for production videography.

6. Events & Retreats

Troupe Retreat: Scheduled for June 25–28 (Thursday–Sunday); schedule will be
shared via group chat.

Cookout planned for Saturday, June 27 for all members.

Open House: Lemonade stand pending confirmation.

NOFO Brewery Gainesville: Considering hosting an auction or event at the venue.
7. Fundraising & Donations

ï‚· Sponsor Letter: To be sent by the end of the week.

Concessions: Seven student meals confirmed; Mellow Mushroom added.

Choreography Weekend: Parent donations (cash or food) are requested.

Flowers: Exploring potential donations from local florists.

Donation Form: Created by Shai; available upon request.
8. Financial Report

ï‚· Reviewed balances of Booster, GHS, and District accounts.

Treasurer Update: Shai appointed Interim Treasurer.

Venmo account name transition and updates were discussed.
9. Marketing & Communication

Print Materials: Working with Matthews Printing on programs, flyers, handbills, and
posters. Awaiting final drafts.

Pajama Drama: Registration opens in August via the GHS Theatre page; Amy will
assist with coordination.

Tickets: Website updated by Tyson (Ticket Coordinator).

Discussed booth presence at community events to promote shows.

Website: In progress; preview shared by Ashley (Webmaster).

Headshots: Date TBD.
